Is there a minimum order?
No, you can make orders of any amount.
Is registration necessary for purchases on the Lamiola site? How do I register?
We will need your data to complete the purchase and to proceed to the shipment. Once the order is placed, the site automatically creates your customer card. You will be useful because you can check your order, contact us for info and above all follow the shipment tracking directly from your account.
Or you can register in a very fast way by following these steps (you will only need a few data, mail and password, and you can also access via Facebook Login):
- Open the site in your browser;
- click on the top right of 'Sign In or Register';
- Enter all required information or click Login via Facebook;
- then click Confirm.
You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at registration.
How do I get information about my order?
Once the order has been completed, you will receive a message with the confirmation of your order at the registration email address. If you do not find the email, check the Junk Mail or Spam folder of your email box, and if you use a Gmail address, check it in the Promotions folder. Each time the Company carries out an operation on your order you will receive a notification email (confirmed, processed, completed, and shipped).
How do I track packet tracking?
When Lamiola orders the shipment, it sends a "order completion" notification email. Within this mail you will be notified of your shipment and code. You have 2 possibilities to track tracking:
1. Enter your account on the Lamiola site (top right - LOGIN button), go to your order and open it, on the tab you will find the Tracking button, by clicking on it you will see the details of the shipments;
2. Entering the forwarder's website and entering the tracking code.
I have difficulty in ending the order, what can I do?
If you experience difficulties browsing, registering or ending a purchase, we recommend that you update your browsing browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) to the latest available version.
In any case, you can always contact customer support via chat or mail by clicking the button at the bottom right that is always visible, we are always ready to give you a hand.

Quando riceverò il mio ordine?
Una volta confermato, l’ordine viene preparato per la spedizione ed affidato al corriere entro il primo giorno lavorativo utile. Da quella data, il corriere impiega circa 2-3 giorni lavorativi per la consegna in Italia. Nel periodo di Natale i tempi possono allungarsi fino a 5 giorni lavorativi.
La consegna non avviene al sabato e nei giorni festivi.
Gli ordini effettuati nel fine settimana o nei giorni festivi vengono preparati nel corso del primo giorno lavorativo utile.
Quando il corriere avrà preso in carico il pacco, riceverai un’email con il link di tracciamento della spedizione.
Cosa devo fare se il pacco che mi viene consegnato è danneggiato o manca qualcosa?
Al momento della ricezione ti consigliamo di verificare assieme al trasportatore le condizioni e il contenuto della spedizione.
Se vi fossero prodotti mancanti, diversi da quelli ordinati e/o danneggiati o se il pacco stesso risulta danneggiato, aperto o manomesso ti invitiamo a rifiutarlo e a contattarci tempestivamente scrivendo una mail a info@lamiola.com
Come funziona il reso dei prodotti?
Hai diritto a rendere i prodotti senza indicare alcuna motivazione entro 14 giorni dal loro ricevimento informandoci via lettera, mail o fax ai seguenti recapiti:

Come faccio ad usare un codice sconto?
Per usufruire dello sconto basta inserire il codice ricevuto nel campo riservato che trovi nella pagina di riepilogo dell’acquisto e cliccare su “inserisci”, prima della conferma dell’ordine. In tal modo lo sconto verrà detratto dall’importo totale del carrello. A questo punto potrai procedere con la conferma dell’ordine.
