The olive grove and Oil Lamiola
We curate every aspect of our production, from the plantation to the bottling. The first care is addressed to the plant and its needs. A good pruning is fundamental to bear fruits finely. We pay close attention also to the tillage of the land, that we carry out many times per year at different depth each time in order to remove the infesting vegetation and to store rain water during the autumnal months. We choose and pick the healthiest olives come to fruition, directly from the plant, without ruining fruits and trees. Olives become oil within 12-24 hours. Bottling takes place in safedark glass bottles. They are safe because the material is unalterable and avoids light to compromise oil’s quality.
